This palatial venue, where the World Orchid Conference will be held in 2005, is located in the town centre of Dijon, France, and is well known as a prime site for many large exhibitions and conferences. One of the major shows that it hosts triennially is "Florissimo" literally, "The Greatest Flower Show" which is famous for its huge tropical plant displays. It attracts 200,000 visitors and wide spread coverage by press and television. The Centre includes 24,000 square metres of Exhibition Halls and adjacent Conference facilities. |
