A SPECIAL INVITATION !
The Orquitachira Orchid Society is especially pleased to welcome
you to the 3rd International Orchid Show from January 16th to
the 19th, 2003 in San Cristobal.
The show will be part of the St. Sebastian International Fair,
one of the most interesting and important events to take place
in Venezuela. The Orchid Show will be held in the Fantasia Hotel,
close to where most of the events of the Fair will take place.

Because Venezuela adjoins Colombia, visitors can expect to see
many orchids from Colombia, as well as Venezuela, Central and
South America. As in the past, we expect more than 6,000 visitors.
The show will be one of the most important orchid shows in South
America and we would be honored to have you as a guest.
Instead of trophies, exhibitors will receive money awards. And
if you are an exhibitor or a vendor, you should have a CITES
and Phytosanitary Certificate from your country.
We will need time to arrange for import CITES for the
plants you intend to bring so please send us your list of plants
promptly.
When you leave Venezuela, export CITES and Phytosanitary
Certificates will be issued
at the show.
If you plan to come, please let us hear from you soon so we may
arrange hotel accommodations for you. We look forward to seeing
you in January!
