It seems quite good. |

After lunch, my lecture was started. I spoke about black leucochilum developed
in Japan. |

In the next, 2 authers of description of
Paphiopedilum rungsuiyanum mentioned in detai
about the new species because this species was
descrived in a week. The new species mingled with
Paph. canhii got in quantities from Laos, and it's
said that this one was included in Paph. canhii.
Becaus the aspect of plants is almost similar, they
could no recognize the difference in size of leaves
and i designs of mottle leaves. Even though we were
astonished with that the both species was growing
in really similar place and area naturally as similar
plants. But the flower is completely different. The
deep connection between the two species can be
imagined easily. Anyway... the small flower is cut an
attractive. When my lecture finished, an auction
began. The number of plants wasn't so large

2 of best Paphiopedilums were selected for species and hybrids. The hybrids
was Paph. Julius and the
species was Paph. godefroyae var. leucochilum. It was confirmed that the quality was very hig
ranking and we recognized that Thailand was at the center of Paph. godefroyae var. leucochilum.
But the best Paphiopedilum in this show was Paph. godefroyae var. leucochilum ('Old Mountain' x
' Black Mountain') made in Japan that Mr. late Furuyama produced. Talk
of this crossing had been just
done exactly in my lecture, so it was quite timely winning.
